Location: M.E.C.C.A. (4 West 43rd Street, Suite 316, New York, NY 10036)
This 12 week course will be a continuation in covering the issues of prayer from the text of Imam An Nawawi's Al-Maqasid. During this section we will also focus on the absolute essential aspects of Az Zakah (mandatory alms giving) and As Sawm (Fasting) according to the Shafiyy school of jurisprudence. The course content will also include important details from traditional Shafiyy Fiqh texts such as Matn Abi Shuja' and Al Muqaddimah Al Hadramiyyah.
